Puffy gemstone heart pendant, custom cut and shaped by hand locally, on a sterling silver bail and post. Heart measures approximately 25x25x14.5mm. Please note: size and shape of each crystal heart may vary slightly as it is made by hand from a unique, natural gemstone.
